Enrollment Contracts & Deposits

Students Deposits

A $2,000 student deposit is required and will be held from year to year. If all contractual obligations are met, the student deposit will be returned when the student completes their time at the Montessori Academy of North Hoffman. However, if the contract is terminated before the completion of the Enrollment Contract, the student deposit will be forfeited, applied to any unpaid balances, and any remaining contractual balance must be paid.

Academic Year Contract (9 mo.)

The Academic Year Contract runs from September to early June and is automatically renewed each. Summer camp and sessions registration is separate and will be available on the school’s website in late spring. We offer several payment plan options, including:

• 9 payments (August – May, with no February payment)

• 4 payments

• 2 payments

• Full payment

Please note: A 12 month payment plan is not an option for the Academic Year Contract.

Full Year Contract (12 mo.)

The Full Year Tuition Contract runs from September through August and is renewed each year. This contract includes the summer camps and sessions. The Full Year School Schedule spans from the beginning of one Academic Year through the week prior to the next Academic Year. We offer several payment plan options, including:

• 12 payments (July – June)

• 9 payments (August – May, no February payment)

• 4 payments

• 2 payments

• Full payment
