Joyful Creations, Thoughtful Expressions

Art

Be sure to browse the photo galleries to see the wonderful art our students have created over the last few weeks! Here are a few highlights:

First graders built bold, imaginative sculptures by combining collage, fiber arts, and 3D design. Using hand-painted papers, string art, and stenciled letters, they crafted vibrant name sculptures that reflect their creativity and identity.

Second graders explored shape and storytelling through two colorful projects: whimsical 3D birds made from painted paper, and expressive circular scenes featuring twine, twigs, and self-portraits.

Third graders brought their building ideas to life with joyful cactus sculptures and colorful cardboard houses. These playful projects combined collaboration, creativity, and craftsmanship.

Sixth grade and lower Erdkinder students chose their own art projects, fully owning the creative process. From anime-inspired paintings to lifelike animal portraits, each piece showcased their individuality and artistic growth.

To celebrate Mother’s Day, students created heartfelt handmade gifts—from painted “Best Mom” signs to paper flowers and sculpted blooms—each one filled with care and appreciation.
