STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Nicole Williams
Nicole Williams
Athletic Director & PE Teacher
What led you to become an educator and coach?
I was inspired to become an educator and coach because of my own experiences as a student-athlete. I’ve seen firsthand how sports and learning work together to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork. That passion led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management. I’m now continuing my education, pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Management with a certification in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. I love helping students grow both on and off the court and discover what they’re capable of. That’s what motivates me every day.
What do you love about working at MANH so far?
I’ve really enjoyed how welcoming the MANH community has been. The students bring such great energy to the classroom and the gym, and my colleagues have been supportive from day one. It already feels like a place where I can make a lasting impact.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at school?
When I’m not at school, I love being a mom to my soon-to-be 10-year-old son. He plays football, and one of my favorite things is cheering him on every Sunday during his games. Watching him grow and sharing those moments together means so much to me.
